1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I have given this feedback verbally, but my travel consultant seemed to know little about Japan and was not very responsive. Also your client portal is archaic and doesn't work properly. Documents listed bring up a file not found error, as well as trying to nominate my flights and airports, I couldn't nominate Haneda or Narita for a Winter Highlights trip!

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Yuri was THE BEST tour leader I have ever had. She really got to know the nuances and preferences of each person and recommended things to do based on this. She also made sure we didn't miss out on anything along the way. Also our bus driver was amazing. Very safe driver and ensured everyone was looked after.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
4 of us paid single supplement, but did not receive similar or on par accommodation as couples (no individual toilets as the couples had in their rooms). Had to make our bed in one ryokan, whereas all of the couples beds were made up.

Excluding the booking and travel consultant engagement, the management, smoothness, locations and the tour leader was fabulous
